Privacy

This page describes how Stand Firm handles information during the founding pilot. It is factual product documentation, not marketing copy. Version 2026-10-pilot-v3.

What Stand Firm does not collect

  • Your browsing history
  • Screenshots or any capture of your device screen
  • The content of other apps or websites
  • Your search terms
  • Automatic activity logs from anywhere outside Stand Firm
  • A public profile — Stand Firm has none

Stand Firm does not sell personal information and does not use your private activity for advertising.

Stand Firm does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site advertising trackers or session-replay tools.

User-specific information

Information linked to your account may include:

  • Your account email address
  • An optional display name
  • Your timezone, so daily pacing follows your own day
  • The version and timestamp of the Terms and Privacy documents you accepted
  • Your structured selections in the Journey Builder
  • Short custom labels and your own personal reminder wording
  • Your Living Battle Plan and the updates you make to it
  • Your progress through the guided journey
  • Structured in-app activity events
  • If you turn on the morning reminder: the technical delivery details your browser provides, your chosen time and timezone, and technical notification delivery information, such as whether a reminder was accepted or received. These are deleted when you turn reminders off or delete your account. Reminder content is never stored.

Activity records are intentionally restrained and structured. They are used for your own Progress screen, for pacing and review behaviour where required, and for product operation. They remain linked to your account while it exists and are deleted with it.

Privacy by design

  • Detailed sexual incident narratives are not required and are not asked for.
  • The curriculum does not require or store the names of support people.
  • There is no screen monitoring, screenshotting or history tracking of any kind.
  • Activity information is deliberately restrained and structured — counts and categories, not descriptions.
  • Your own private wording is not copied into activity records.

Aggregate product statistics

To understand whether Stand Firm is usable and where the product needs improvement, Stand Firm keeps a small number of aggregate product totals.

Examples include the total number of accounts created, Journeys started, selected guided-day milestones completed, weekly reviews completed, Help Me Now sessions completed and accounts deleted.

These aggregate totals do not contain your email address, account ID, Battle Plan, private wording, struggle selections or a persistent identifier that could be used to reconstruct your individual history.

Because these statistics are aggregate totals rather than user-specific records, they may remain after an account is deleted.

How information is used

  • To provide and secure your Stand Firm account
  • To save and display your Journey and Living Battle Plan
  • To provide guided-day pacing and progress
  • To provide the features you actively use
  • To troubleshoot and maintain the service
  • To understand broad product usage through the aggregate totals described above

Sharing

Stand Firm does not automatically share your information with accountability partners, churches, pastors, friends or family.

If you choose to use Contact Someone, Stand Firm can prepare an editable generic message and open your device’s sharing options. You choose whether to send it, which communication app to use and who receives it.

Stand Firm does not automatically include your Battle Plan, triggers, private notes, browsing activity or setback details in that message. Stand Firm does not store who you contact, which communication app you use or the contents of the message you send.

Service providers

Stand Firm relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service. At present this includes Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure and Lovable for application hosting and deployment infrastructure.

Those providers may process information as needed to provide their infrastructure services. Stand Firm does not provide your private Battle Plan or activity to advertisers.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings.

Deletion permanently removes your Stand Firm sign-in and user-specific application records, including your profile, Journey Builder answers, Living Battle Plan, journey progress and user-specific activity records.

Stand Firm may retain the aggregate, de-identified product statistics described above, because those totals are not linked to your account or private content.

Deletion cannot be undone. Infrastructure-provider backups, where applicable, follow those providers’ retention processes.

Eligibility

Stand Firm is for adults aged 18 years or over.
